ECL has been established since 1996 and has enormous workforce for efficient production, which enable us to serve a wide variety of customers.

• Our high efficiency production line consists of 500-800 well-trained workers.
• 6 automatic assembly lines (bobbin type).
• Production capacity of the 6 assembly lines (per month): 2000Kpcs.
• 2 stories high factory intended for toroids production.
• Toroidal production team consists of 800 well-trained workers.
• Production capacity of toroid (per month): 1600Kpcs.
• Quality control is conducted by IQC, IPQC and FQA everyday utilizing SPC, Cpk, ˇK.
• Monthly Quality Reports are produced for customersˇ¦ reference.

Operational Philosophy:
Emei (HK) Components Limited is managed with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planing) system, proceeding customer orders, following system management, with best raw materials and quality control, efficiently produce high quality electronics components. We also enhance the cooperation between customers and our company, utilizing EDI systems, achieving JIT control.
